A Sweaty Workout To Try – No Equipment Necessary
*This workout does not require that you pose for a picture like above, but I couldn’t resist using this for a blog cover photo*
Moving on, haha.
If you’re in need of a good workout to get you sweating, that you can do literally anywhere, then this workout is for you. All you need is your bodyweight, a timer, and likely a sweat towel and some water.
This workout is one of the workouts in our At-Home Workout Programs (click on the link to download your own pdf copy). Listed below are three different experience and challenge levels: Beginner: The 60; Intermediate: The 100; Advanced: The 140.
How these workouts work:
You’ll start with some kind of warm up, like running up and down your stairs for a few minutes, skipping, jumping jacks, or some combination of dynamic movements like inchworms, spiderman lunges, and torso twists. Then you’re going to start your timer and perform the amount of reps listed for each exercises. You can do however many reps of each however you want, and you can take a break at any time. We suggest treating the workout like one big superset (one exercise after the other) for 10 sets total; this would mean 6 reps for each exercise for the beginner, 10 and 14 reps respectively for the Intermediate and Advanced. Each workout has slightly different exercises in them. Time your workout and aim to better your time the next time.
