Look Good Feel Good (Naked!) Program
This program is only offered at specific times throughout the year. You’ll be working closely with both a Personal Trainer and a Dietitian, and you will get a customized workout and nutrition program to use during the program – both changed as needed throughout the program. The programs below are thorough and created specifically for a certain goal, e.g., losing 5-10 lbs, etc., or a certain sport (Hockey, Squash). In-Season Conditioning
This program is a 4-week Conditioning Program that will level up your conditioning. The expectation is that you already have a good baseline for conditioning. This program is a 6-week Strength & Stability Program, with a primary focus on strength and stability to get you strong and stable – great for improving how your body feels moving around the court, and helps with injury prevention. This can be done in the off-season, or during the season.

This program is an 8-Week In-Season Training Program, focusing on developing strength, power, and agility to keep you strong and quick on the court. There is also an 8-week conditioning program within this program, that will ramp up over the 8 weeks.
