5 Christmas Gift Ideas For That Fit Chic In Your Life

Stumped on what to get your active wife, girlfriend, sister, or friend? Look no further, here are 5 gifts that won’t disappoint. I’ve tried to include a range of gifts that have different price ranges too.

1. Bose SoundSport Wireless Headphones. Good music + exercise, nothing better. Well, actually there are a lot of things that are better, but you know what I mean: having good headphones can make a big difference in enhancing your overall exercise experience. These headphones are the wireless version (not connected via auxiliary cord) of the headphones I currently use. They have great sound quality and are very durable – they are sweat and weather resistant. These are a great gift for that gym-goer, and/or runner in your life.

Price: $199.00

2. Fitbit Charge 2. This Fitbit is the successor of the previous model, The Charge, and now has a larger display screen, better activity-tracking options, and interchangeable wristbands. Some of the other features:

  • Track all-day activity like steps, distance, calories burned, floors climbed and active minutes
  • Continuous heart rate monitoring to better measure calorie burn all day
  • Call, text and calendar alerts

This is a great gift for someone that wants to be more conscious of their activity levels, especially those that love record keeping and stats.

Price: $199.99.

3. TriggerPoint GRID Foam Roller. Foam rolling has become an essential part of any serious fitness routine – or at least it should be. Foam rolling helps break down muscle adhesions and knots, ultimately relieving muscle tension and tightness – all important for effective recovery. Get this for that overly active person in your life, or for that fit person in your life that you’ve never seen use a foam roller – because they should be.

Price: $32.00

4. Garmin Forerunner 735XT. If that Fit Chic in your life is really into running, the 735XT is worth the splurge. It has many features, but worth mentioning: you can pick whether you are running, swimming, or biking, and it provides some pretty great stats like: ground contact time, stride length, and lactate threshold.

Price: $449.99.

5. TRX GO Suspension Trainer. Give that Fit person in your life the ability to train wherever and whenever by using just their bodyweight. In the absence of any other home gym equipment, the TRX is the all-in-one fitness product that anyone who wants to workout at home needs. If it’s available, I’d recommend buying the knock-off version: GHB Suspension Training Home Gym.

Price: $129.95.
