Work with a Personal Trainer to create a 6-week Strength & Stability Program, with a primary focus on strength and stability to get you strong and stable – great for improving how your body feels moving around the court, and helps with injury prevention. This can be done in the off-season, or during the season. Applicable for beginner and intermediate strength training experience.
This program is great for:
- The Active Recreational Player: You love hitting the court for fun or fitness, but recently you’ve felt some tightness or discomfort when you move. You’re not aiming to go pro, but you want to feel strong and agile, with fewer aches and pains. Injury prevention is key, and you’re ready to commit to a program that makes your body feel great while improving your game.
- The Recovery-Focused Athlete: You’ve dealt with a previous injury and want to get back to playing stronger than ever. Whether you’re in the off-season or easing back into action, you’re focused on building stability and strength to prevent re-injury and perform at your best. You’re looking for a program that’s effective, safe, and helps you feel confident in your movements again.
Initially you’ll have a virtual consultation with one of our Personal Trainers, and then they’ll create a customized program for you. Throughout the duration of your program you’ll also have access to them for help and to answer any questions you have.

Requirements
- Access to the following gym equipment: range of dumbbells from moderate to heavy, exercise/stability ball, and a workout bench (doesn’t necessarily need to be adjustable)
- Able to exercise for at least 1.5-2 hours per week

How Many Workouts?
The typical suggestion is 3 Strength Training (also known as resistance training or weight training) workouts (Day 1-3) to be done over the course of the week. A sample weekly workout schedule could look like:

What happens when the program is over?
You can continue doing the program at the bi-weekly investment, try another program, take a break, or work with a coach 1-on-1. Doing this program is one of our Online Personal Training options – App + Support. See our Online Personal Training page for more info.
