Work with a Personal Trainer to create a customized 4-Week conditioning program that will help you improve your current conditioning to the next level – necessary for challenging tournaments and high stakes games like playoffs.

This program is great for:

  • Competitive Athletes: If you’re a serious competitor looking to level up, this program is designed to help you dominate during high-stakes games and tournaments. You already have the fundamentals down, but to outperform your rivals, you need conditioning that will carry you through those intense moments when every second counts.
  • Squash Enthusiasts: You love playing squash and enjoy the fast-paced action, but you’ve never really focused on improving your conditioning. Maybe you’ve noticed that fatigue starts to creep in during those longer matches, making it harder to keep up with your opponent or stay sharp.

Initially you’ll have a virtual consultation with one of our Personal Trainers, and then they’ll create a customized program for you. Throughout the duration of your program you’ll also have access to them for help and to answer any questions you have.

  • Access to at least one of the following: Air-bike, Rowing Machine, Stationary Bike, Squash Court (or somewhere you can sprint about 30 feet – squash court length), Treadmill
  • Able to commit ~2 hours per week to conditioning workouts, for 4 weeks
  • Smartphone and/or computer

Duration

Program is 4 weeks. Program starts after your virtual consultation with your Personal Trainer (usually 1-2 business days).

Equipment Needed

  • Access to one of the following: Air-bike, Rowing Machine, Stationary bike, Squash court (or somewhere you can sprint about 30 feet – squash court length), Treadmill

How Many Workouts?

The typical suggestion is a minimum of ~2 hours of exercise per week. A sample weekly workout schedule could look something like:
