We offer 2 off-season programs

1. Court Ready: 4-Week Squash Conditioning Program

Dust off your proverbial fitness cobwebs and get ready for the start of the season – or get back to playing squash again. Click on the button below for more information.

2. Court Strength & Stability

This program is a 6-week Strength & Stability Program, with a primary focus on strength and stability to get you strong and stable – great for improving how your body feels moving around the court, and helps with injury prevention. This can be done in the off-season, or during the season (however, the Performance Plus will focus on aspects covered in this program). Click on the button below for more information.

We offer 2 in-season programs

1. Squash Performance Plus

This program is an 8-Week In-Season Training Program, with a primary focus on strength, power, and agility to keep you strong and quick. Other focuses of the program: conditioning, and stability –  which helps with injury prevention. Click on the button below for more information.

2. Prime Time Prep

This program is a 4-week Conditioning Program that will level up your conditioning. The expectation is that you already have a good baseline for conditioning. This program is great for preparing for specific tournaments or something like playoffs, where good conditioning can make all the difference. Click on the button below for more information.
