This is a 6-week muscle building program that will help put on some lean muscle, through implementing a consistent 4-day per week weight training program; and paying attention to your nutrition, some basic nutritional guidance will be provided: suggested caloric and protein intake, expected weekly weight changes – and how to modify caloric intake based on weight changes. This program is applicable for beginner and intermediate workout experience levels.

How Many Workouts?
There are 4 weight training workouts (Day 1-4) to be done over the course of the week, and 2 optional extra workouts to do after 3 weeks (Metabolic Hypertrophy, Arms).
The workouts, and exercises in them, change slightly after week 3. This help prevents boredom, increases adherence & consistency, and the changes can helps push through any barriers if you happen to be “stuck” in the first 3 weeks.
Nutrition
This program doesn’t come with any nutrition plans. Some basic nutritional guidance will be provided: suggested caloric and protein intake, expected weekly weight changes – and how to modify caloric intake based on weight changes.
If you’re serious about putting on some muscle you should consider doing the Magnificent Muscle: A Guide To Gains With Proper Nutrition, or working with a Registered Dietitian while working with a Personal Trainer.

This course will teach you how building muscle works, how to successfully do it – from a nutrition perspective. You’ll learn things like how many calories you need to consume to build muscle (might be less than you think), how to assess your progress (are you gaining weight too fast/slow?), and go over the process of how to create a customized nutrition plan, and be given sample meal plans to use and/or learn from. There are different support options to give you access to a Dietitian to help you get the most out of this course (And your Gains!).
