Yes — you can upgrade or downgrade between tiers at any time. Payments will be pro-rated accordingly.
Simply give us 2 weeks' notice and we'll cancel your services. If you pre-paid for a longer commitment and cancel early, we'll refund the remaining balance at the non-discounted rate (e.g. cancel at month 3 of a 6-month pre-pay → refund for 3 months at the 3-month rate).
