Jackie’s personal lifestyle change inspired her to pursue a career in Personal Training, with a mission to help people reach their own fitness/health goals.

This was brought on by her involvement in martial arts, specifically Ju Jitsu. She wanted to become stronger, healthier and a more well-rounded athlete. In her quest to become stronger, she started to do weight training and fell in love with it. So much, that she decided to pursue it as a new career and hasn’t looked backed.

Jackie loves teaching others, both strength training and some nutrition basics. She places en emphasis on helping her clients adopt long-term healthy habits, not short-term quick fixes.

When Jackie isn’t training or teaching Ju-Jitsu, she loves to get outdoors and hike, camp, fish, working on her hobby farm, and spending time with her family – 2 young daughter, husband, and dog (riggs).

Jackie’s Training Expertise: Jackie really enjoys working with females to help them get comfortable and consistent with a fitness program. In particular, she’s able to understand and works well with young moms who feel overwhelmed or intimidated starting a fitness program.

She also likes helping people feel more comfortable in their skin, which sometimes means losing fat and building muscle, and helping them apply a practical lense to their fitness and nutrition.
