A Dietitian and a Trainer.
The Same Person.

Most coaching makes you choose between someone who knows training and someone who knows food. Here you don't.

A Regulated Professional

Registered Dietitian is a protected title in Canada — an accredited degree, supervised practice, and ongoing accountability to the College of Dietitians of Alberta. "Nutritionist" carries none of that.

One Plan, Not Two

Your nutrition gets built around what you're actually doing in training — not handed to you by a second professional who never speaks to your coach.

Coaching Since 2014

Over a decade of programming across fat loss, strength, and sport performance — with competitive athletes and with people who'd never set foot in a gym.

Often Covered by Benefits

Because the nutrition side is delivered by a Registered Dietitian, most extended health plans cover it. We direct-bill the major insurers, so many clients pay little or nothing for that portion.

Before You Start

Grouped by what you're weighing up. The first set applies no matter which way you go.

Getting Started Applies to everything

Which option is right for me?

If you want structure at the lowest cost and you're happy following a program, start with a group program at $99/month + GST. If you want someone building and adjusting the plan around your schedule, body and goals, that's 1-on-1 coaching from $189/month + GST. If you mainly want your eating sorted out, that's Registered Dietitian nutrition coaching, which is often covered by benefits. Still unsure? Take the 60-second Service Match and we'll point you to the right one.

Do I need a gym membership?

No. Every training program has a home version built around dumbbells and a bench, and you're routed to the right one based on the equipment you actually have. Training in a garage or a basement counts.

What if I haven't trained in a long time?

That's common, and it's planned for. If you haven't been training consistently, you start on a three-week on-ramp that builds the movement base before anything else. Nobody gets dropped into the middle of a program cold.

How much time does this actually take?

About two hours a week. Programs are built for two, three, or four sessions depending on what you can realistically commit to — and two consistent days beats four you never do.

Group Programs $99/month + GST

What's actually included?

A structured, progressive training program delivered in the app with exercise demos and progression built in, nutrition resources built by a Registered Dietitian, and a private community with group coaching support. There's no assigned trainer at this level — you follow the system, and coaches answer questions in the community.

How is this different from a workout app?

An app hands you workouts. This gives you a program that progresses as you do, routed to your experience level and equipment, with nutrition guidance from a Registered Dietitian and real coaches answering questions — rather than a library you're left to navigate on your own.

Can I switch programs or upgrade later?

Yes, at any time. Moving between group programs, or up to 1-on-1 coaching, doesn't mean restarting or re-onboarding.

What if it isn't working for me?

Group programs are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If it isn't working in your first 30 days, tell us and we'll refund your first month. After that, cancel with two weeks' written notice — no contracts, no cancellation fees.

1-on-1 Coaching From $189/month + GST

What do I get that the group programs don't?

A dedicated coach who builds your program around your schedule, equipment and goals, checks in with you, and adjusts the plan as things change. That matters most if you're peaking for a competition, managing training around a heavy season, working around an injury, or you want nutrition built into the same plan rather than run separately.

How do I get started, and how am I matched with a coach?

You apply through a short form covering your goals, training history and schedule. We review it and confirm which tier actually makes sense before anything is charged — if a group program is the better call, we'll say so. From there you're onboarded with a coach and complete a complimentary movement assessment.

Is there a minimum commitment?

We ask for a three-month minimum on Coached and Performance Coaching, and a six-month term on Executive Coaching, because that's realistically how long it takes for the work to show. Those are commitments to the process, not traps — nobody gets held in a plan that isn't working.

How do I cancel?

Two weeks' written notice. Your coaching continues through that notice period and any payment scheduled during it is still due; after that, billing stops. There are no cancellation fees at any tier. If you've pre-paid for a block, we refund the remaining unused portion less the two-week notice period.

Nutrition Registered Dietitian services

How does the nutrition side work?

Every group program includes nutrition resources built by a Registered Dietitian. If you want one-on-one nutrition coaching, that's delivered through Leverage Nutrition — our Registered Dietitian practice, operating under the same company. It works alongside any coaching tier, or on its own.

Is nutrition coaching covered by my benefits?

Often, yes. Registered Dietitian services sit under most extended health plans — the same place your massage and physiotherapy coverage lives. We direct-bill Alberta Blue Cross, Canada Life and SunLife among others, so many clients pay little or nothing out of pocket. We'll check your coverage before your first session.

Do I need a referral, and where can you work with me?

No referral is needed — Registered Dietitians are directly accessible in Canada, though some insurers ask for one before they'll reimburse, so it's worth checking your policy. Virtual sessions are available across Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland & Labrador, Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut. We're not currently licensed in British Columbia or Ontario.
