Of note: this is the conditioning portion, weeks 5-8, from the Peak Performance: In-Season Strength & Conditioning Program.
This is a 4-Week conditioning program that will help you improve your current conditioning to the next level – necessary for challenging tournaments and high stakes games like playoffs.
This program is great for:
- Competitive Athletes: If you’re a serious competitor looking to level up, this program is designed to help you dominate during high-stakes games and tournaments. You already have the fundamentals down, but to outperform your rivals, you need conditioning that will carry you through those intense moments when every second counts.
- Squash Enthusiasts: You love playing squash and enjoy the fast-paced action, but you’ve never really focused on improving your conditioning. Maybe you’ve noticed that fatigue starts to creep in during those longer matches, making it harder to keep up with your opponent or stay sharp.
The program is done through our app that we use with Online Personal Training, and you’ll have access to a Personal Trainer throughout your program to help answer any questions you have.

Duration
Program is 4 weeks, starting on the first Monday after your purchase. You’ll be given 5 weeks total to complete the program.

What happens when the program is over?
