Mobile Personal Training.

For those local to Edmonton, Mobile Training means we come to you. We train our clients out of the closest Public facility (see map below), their homes or Apartment/Condo gyms, or when the weathers nice we often opt to train them outside. We offer a few different types of Mobile Training: 1-on-1, Small Group, and Bootcamp & Large Group Training. See below for their respective details.

1-on-1 Personal Training

Work 1-on-1 with one of our trainer’s at a public facility (see google maps to the right), or your house; condo/apartment gym also. Working 1-on-1 with a trainer will ensure that you have an effective workout program that is changed and progressed appropriately to ensure you are getting the results that you want; this will also keep the workouts fresh and exciting to avoid monotony. Having a Personal Trainer will also help keep  you committed and accountable along the way.

Pricing:

1 Session: $75.00

You can pay for your session(s) upfront, or leave your credit card on file and we will back-charge you for what is used every 2 weeks (15th and 2nd last business day of each month).

Hybrid Training (Online + In-Person)

Get all the benefits of training with us In-Person, as well as Online. This will help you become a little more independent and is more budget friendly; and we’re there helping you along the way, like helping you schedule your workouts, check-in on you to make sure you are doing your workouts, and more. Small Group Training (2 People +)

Want to workout with a friend, but don’t know what to do? Or, maybe you both need someone to keep you accountable and push you during your workout? Work with one of our trainers as a group!

Pricing:

1 Session: $55.00

You can pay your session(s) upfront, or leave your credit card on file and we will back-charge you for what is used every 2 weeks (15th and 2nd last business day of each month).

Bootcamp and Large Group Training

During the summers we do regular bootcamps and are looking into doing indoor bootcamps soon. If you have a group of 5+ people that want to be trained as a group, i.e. a Hockey Team, contact us and we can give you some more information about pricing, etc.

A few notes:

  • We strive to get all of our clients the best results possible. This is why we recommend new clients invest in some form of nutrition add-on. There is only so much we can teach you during a 1-on-1 (or group) training session, a lot of the nutrition help we do is an education process and therefore takes time.
  • For In-home training, we have a TRX (suspension trainer) and some other basic equipment that is enough for a great workout, however it’s beneficial to have some additional equipment of your own.
