1-on-1 Personal Training
A few notes:
- We strive to get all of our clients the best results possible. This is why we recommend new clients invest in some form of nutrition add-on. There is only so much we can teach you during a 1-on-1 (or group) training session, a lot of the nutrition help we do is an education process and therefore takes time.
- For In-home training, we have a TRX (suspension trainer) and some other basic equipment that is enough for a great workout, however it’s beneficial to have some additional equipment of your own.
